"Frothy Sloth"

The objection was to create a logo for a coffee shop located in a zoo atmosphere incorporating an animal of our choosing. I liked the play on the slow lazy nature of the sloth and the perkiness of coffee.
I struggled with the shape of the sloth hanging on a spoon and it's relative location to the text. I eventually worked this out and came up to a square and rectangular shape option for different marketing avenues.
